*Insert heavy dose of sarcasm. We sold a garage in the snow last Spring and my new motto is, "If it snow, I don't go."

I'm just that good. Sold a yard once, too.
It never ceases to amaze me how hot it is in February and how cold it is in April and May (yard sale months). God does have a sense of humor.
Humor wasn't the word I was using last April as we huddled up under blankets in Jennifer's garage watching flurries come down on our stuff scattered everywhere!
