A New Breed

My husband is the best man on the planet.

He's in Washington DC, sitting in his hotel room watching the dog show and IM'ing the play by play as I look up each dog's picture on the website.

Granted, according to his play by play, there was a heebee jeebee breed in the hound group.

seems they would have a live feed of portions of that on the internet...

I like the dog shows too. I saw a clip this morning of this small pug looking dog being dragged by the leash because he didn't want to go in the ring. He was digging in those paws but finally gave up and trotted in. It was cute.

(and no he wasn't harmed in the brief dragging)

That was the English Bulldog, I believe. Greg mentioned that he seemed a bit stubborn. He looked like Brain from Pinky & the Brain.

And no, they don't live feed it. They have highlight videos of the breed judging online, but with no commentary it pretty much looks like the same pups coming up over and over again. You can, however, buy a DVD of the event, to be shipped in March!

That's like the sweetest thing ever! Play by play action reports rock...altho my DH would say

"Dog show??? Take your chances with the rabbit ears."

I hope you didn't catch that bug from Greg. Wondering where you are...

Supermom - Not sick (yet) just nowhere near a computer for a while. And yes, Uno is an awesome pup. He's the one Greg and I were both cheering for. Casper was disappointed that there still isn't a breed for Pups of Unique Origin.

And Doghouse - I'd like to see a heebee jeebie myself. Although I'm fairly certain it was actually a basenji.
